MSW Candidate (She/Her) • Psychotherapist & Intake Assessor

Hannah’s ideal client may struggle with depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, and/or substance use disorders. They may experience hardships due to marginalized intersecting identities and stigma from society due to those identities. Their needs may include building healthy coping skills, activities of daily living, social skills, social supports, and psychoeducation. Hannah’s ideal client wants to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life with confidence in their strengths and coping mechanisms. They have goals to process their past trauma & harmful behaviors while building their strengths and self-compassion. Hannah strives to be a partner in her client’s treatment journey that gives them respect, empathy, self-determination, and advocates on their behalf.

Hannah has a background working with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses and substance use disorders at a community outpatient peer support program. This provided Hannah with skills of behavioral de-escalation, harm reduction, and facilitating open discussions about personal struggles related to mental health, trauma, identity, and stigma. Hannah uses a strengths-based approach to help clients focus on their goals and values while gently reprocessing trauma and negative thought patterns/coping behaviors.

Hannah’s goal is to work alongside each client and highlight their unique strengths, goals, and values. Every person deserves to feel comfortable and confident as their authentic selves as they move through this ever-changing world. Together, we can work to build self-compassion and resilience with a combination of approaches that best fit your needs.
